I suddenly craved for this food so I tried to make one. This is my favorite food in Chowking. I love the taste of their bagoong.The one I made wasn't that bad because I was able to finish them all. Hahaha!!!

GT: Class Pictures

This is my very first entry for Girls Talk and I'm very excited about it. Pictures have been one of the most important treasures in my life since they share a lot of memories from the past and I consider them priceless. Everytime I look on my class pictures, I remember my classmates and the stuffs that we used to do during those days.

Got this picture from a former fourth grade classmate through Facebook. I used to study in Pasig for 2 years (3rd and 4th grade) due to family reasons. My cousin was my classmate that time. I'm on the first row, third from the right while my cousin is on the second row, standing behind me. She's one of the tallest girl in the class and I was one of the smallest . LOL

This is one of my favorite class picture because we were wearing swimsuits. My classmates are laughing at my pose here. Feeling model daw. Hahaha! We were in second year college that time. This was our PE which is swimming. I'm on the third row, third from the right.

Old Skool: Nothing's Gonna Stop us Now by Starship

This song was the soundtrack of the movie 'Mannequin.' I was in 3rd grade when I first watched this movie and I didn't even understand it but I managed to love it. I guess it's because of the love story. For me this movie, is really nice and I'm looking forward on watching it again so by this time, I'll be able to understand its story. LOL

This is another old song that is on my favorite list. I never got sick and tired of listening to this song.

Latest Items from Watsons

I always buy beauty products from Watson's but I always forget to take pictures and blog about them. Today, I had the chance to do it so I'm sharing you what are the things I've got. I'm not really a fan of branded beauty products, I just wanted to try some products that I haven't used yet. I'm still trying to find products that would suit my skin needs. You can suggest what products are good to buy in Watson's. I would really appreciate it a lot.

So here are my latest beauty finds:

1. Age Defying Collagen Mask - I think it is a Korean product since it has Korean characters in there. This is my first time to try this product. I always hear good reviews from Korean beauty products so I wanted to try this one out.

2.Caronia Cuticle Remover - I like this one because it has a brush in it unlike other cuticle removers. This is easier to use for me.

3.Watsons Green Tea Antioxidant Oil Control Deep Cleansing Facial Scrub - this is my first time to use this product. I've noticed that I haven't been using a facial scrub for a long time now so I thought of buying one. I hope there will be no unwanted results. LOL

4. Epilin Waxing Strips - I actually still have my waxing strips it's just that I can't remember where I have put it so I just bought another one since I have to wax my underarms and finger toes na.

5. Asian Secrets Lulur Whitening Body Scrub - I've read a lot of good reviews from this product that's why I also wanted to try it. I've been wanting to buy this one but the last time I went to Watsons SM Fairview, it was out of stock. Luckily, I was able to buy today. I bought the smallest because I still have to find out if it's really a good buy.

Frozen Margarita from Zapata's

This is my favorite margarita drink by Zapata's in Clark, Pampanga. Paul and I always go there because of their margarita and food. Once I started sipping it, I can't stop but to want more until my face turns red. Nothing really beats Zapata's specialty margarita. Yummy!!!

My Simple Birthday Celebration

I just celebrated my birthday in a very simple way this year. Most of my friends are busy and most of my family are abroad so I decided to just cook spaghetti and leche flan for my birthday.

That's how simple it is. But still am happy for the new life God has given to me.

I was so surprised that Paul gave me a gorilla stuff toy. Well, he gave me an explanation about that. According to him, I always ignore him every time he wants to watch the movie King Kong. But he's cute, isn't he? I'm so touched he gave me a Birthday card. So sweet of him talaga =)

Independence Day is my Birthday =)

I am very proud to say that one of the very significant dates of the Philippine history is also my birthday which is the Independence Day. Well, I didn't celebrate my birthday yesterday. Instead, I attended my IELTS class. I was surprised to know that MRT (Metro Rail Transit) gave the passengers a free ride. So I was able to save thirty pesos ($.70) that day. Maybe I'll just celebrate my birthday some other day this week.

Pair of Sandals from Liliw, Laguna

Got this pair of sandals from Liliw, Laguna last December when we visited BIL's relatives. I didn't know that there are lots of shoe store there with reasonable prices. I was suppose to buy one or two more pair but my sister opposed it telling me that I should only buy one because I have too much sandals already. She even told me 'para kang si Imelda' Hahaha!!!

By the way, Badong is the name of the store where I bought this cute sandals. I was really tempted to buy a lot of shoes and sandals because they are very cheap and fashionable. Hopefully, I'll be able to come back to Liliw. Such a small town but very interesting to visit. =)

Old Skool: Together in Electric Dreams

I just love anything about retro. I guess it's because it is associated with history. I am very interested with history and for me, they are priceless treasure. So from now on, I'll be posting things about retro. Things that would come in my mind but I'm not an expert in this matter. Okay?

Right now, I've been listening this song from Phil Oakey which is Together in Electric Dreams the whole day. This song is very catchy for me.

Paul thought I was making fun of him when I downloaded this song in my iPod. He doesn't know that i really like it. LOL

Kapurpurawan in Burgos, Ilocos Norte

Our last stop before going home to Manila is Kapurpurawan. While on our way to Manila, we just saw the signage going to Kapurpurawan so we just drove to that way since we were curious what does it look like.

Before we got there, we had to take a long on walk on a very rocky path. It was also windy in that place just like in Bangui Windmills. On our way to the rock formation, I saw small pools of clear water and lots of bonsai trees.

I had to be careful because it was very rocky on our way there. But I enjoyed it and didn't notice how hard to get there because I was really amazed with the place.

When we got there, all I could say was wow! Thank God, Manong warned us not to approach this part because we might get hit by the wave and might fall to the sea. I almost went there to check it out. You know, I'm quite usisera everytime we visit a place. LOL

Ang ganda talaga ng Pilipinas =). I think Kapurpurawan comes from the word puraw which means white in Ilocano. I guess it's how they named it. 

We were not able to visit all of the tourist spots in Ilocos so I guess there will be part two for our Ilocos Adventure. Hopefully and fingers crossed, we'll be able to visit Ilocos again. By the way I am Ilocana so we had no problem when it comes to communicating with the locals especially when we got lost. =)
