Turning an Old Clothing into a New and Fashionable One

When I was in college, I used to think about turning my old and ugly clothes into new and fashionable ones so I can save a lot and later on try my luck on selling them. But due to my busy schedule, this idea of mine never came into reality.

That's why I was really amazed with this girl who turned an old clothing into a new one. And take note she only spends $1 on each dress she makes. She's a very artistic and creative woman. She's trying to create 365 new clothing in 365 days with only $365. It sounds really cool.
