Learning How to Move on From the Past

How do you learn how to move on? Learning how to let go of the past is a difficult task for many people. There are many things that can contribute to this difficulty, including traumatic experiences or loss. While no one has ever found a foolproof way to achieve letting go, there are some methods that may help you get started with the process. This blog post will explore different ways in which moving on can be achieved and what it feels like when someone moves on after they have been through something traumatic or life-changing.

This can be harmful for both of you, as it will keep the trauma fresh in their mind while also preventing you from moving on.
